Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Kyle Ferguson joined Forsta as CEO in 2020 with over 20 years’ experience in technology, banking and payments industries. Prior to joining Forsta, Ferguson held the Chief Executive Officer role at Fraedom, a global financial technology company, where he successfully led the company’s sale to Visa Inc. in 2018. Prior to this, he also served as Chief Commercial Officer and Managing Director at the company, and previously spent 11 years with American Express. Kyle is a seasoned executive with a track record of developing and leading high performing teams in the SaaS technology space, while supporting these businesses through necessary investment and growth stages.
Chief People Officer
Sara Cohen is the Chief People Officer for Forsta and has global responsibility for all things people related. Based in New York City, Sara is responsible for developing the company’s people strategy and development across all our global locations. Sara’s goal is to ensure the business continues to lead the industry in its employee programs, while maintaining the strong culture that is unique to each office. Previously, Sara spent several years at GroupM, leading the people team for Xaxis, a programmatic media agency. Previous positions in technology, media, advertising, and PR agencies have given her a unique insight to working in fast paced, dynamic companies.
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Peter Myklebust joined Forsta in 1997 as the company’s first employee following its founder. He started his career as a System Architect in the Internet Architecture group of TietoEnator, then known as ISI. At Forsta, Peter leads the R&D team and is responsible for all aspects of Forsta’s research and development. Peter earned a Master of Science in Engineering from Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
Managing Director, Market Research
As Managing Director, Market Research, Tobi is responsible of all of the Quantitative Business. Tobi’s knowledge and passion for technology and marketing research resulted in the birth of Dapresy, which merged with Forsta in 2020. In founding Dapresy, Tobi paved the way for online data presentation systems to visualize Market Research data. He has dedicated his professional career to data visualization and is a recognized expert in the field, having consulted with hundreds of companies on innovative visualization processes.
COO & MD, VoC/E
Giles joined Forsta as COO in 2020. As COO Giles is responsible for Forsta’s strategy, business planning, and operational execution. He brings significant experience leading and scaling technology companies and with a focus on enterprise SaaS. Prior to Forsta, Giles led the Operating Group at SoftBank International. He previously served as the General Manager of Medallia, CEO of Percepta, Head of Product and Chief of Staff at TTEC, and as a consultant with McKinsey & Company. Giles served seven years in the U.S. Air Force where he was a physicist.
Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
As CMO, Noel is responsible for all aspects of Forsta’s marketing strategy globally. He is passionate about leading marketing teams through periods of rapid change, and has a strong record of helping deliver significant business growth. He joined Forsta in 2021, following roles at Prevayl, Ladbrokes Coral and EE.
SVP Strategic Integration and Transformation
Zhana Baleva is the SVP Strategic Integration and Transformation, directly responsible for defining and implementing the business strategy for that unit. She has been ingrained in the marketing research technology scene since 2011, helping ActiveGroup and later Forsta expand their commercial operations in EMEA. Zhana holds an Executive MBA from Cotrugli Business School and BA in Computer Science from Sofia University.
Chief Product Officer (CPO)
Brian Bhuta joins Forsta as Chief Product Officer, bringing over 15 years of healthcare, product & technology experience and executive leadership. As a product leader, Brian is passionate about building products and technology-enabled services to rapidly and incrementally deliver value for customers and users. Prior to joining Forsta, Brian was the Chief Product Officer at Signify Health, the market leader in delivering value-based care enablement and was VP, Product Management at athenahealth prior to that where he was responsible for athenaCollector, a cloud-based medical billing and practice management product. Before athenahealth Brian held various executive and leadership roles at EMC (acq Dell 2016), NaviNet (acq Lumeris 2012) and Phoenix Data Systems (acq BioClinica 2008). Brian lives in Boston, MA with his wife and three children.

Chairman of the Board
Jorgen is a professional board member and chairman in several innovation-driven companies worldwide such as FreeSpee, FlatFrog Laboratories, Asetek, Onomondo, and inRiver. Previously, Jorgen was a global telecom executive and held multiple international executive roles at Nokia, during the period in which Nokia was the forerunner of the mobile phone revolution. He is now a venture partner at Heartcore Capital, formerly known as Sunstone Capital.
As a founding partner at Sunstone Capital, he was instrumental in establishing fund structures, raising funds, and developing strategy; combined team efforts resulted in Sunstone becoming one of Europe’s top performing funds. He holds a degree in Computer Science from København’s Teknikum.
Hajo Kroesche is a Managing Director for EQT in New York with more than 10 years investing experience. His focus is on investments in TMT companies, in particular software and marketplace companies. He has invested both in the United States as well as in Europe. Prior to his investing career, Hajo worked in management consulting and studied law in Germany and the US.
Pål is a partner and head of the software vertical at Verdane Capital Advisors and has worked closely with companies such as C3 Technologies, eBuilder, Newscycle and Bythjul.com. Pål joined Verdane Capital Advisors in 2007 from hitta.se, where he was the marketing and business development manager. Pål began at hitta.se in its early start-up phase and helped the company become Sweden’s most widely used online directory. Prior to hitta.se, Pål worked in other Schibsted subsidiaries, such as Aftonbladet and SvD, and was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, Stockholm.
Pål holds an MSc from the Stockholm School of Economics and participated in ITESM’s (Mexico) MBA program.
Doug has worked for you EQT and TCV PE for last seven years. He was Chief Strategy Officer for Ericsson, a global role that included chairing the company’s M&A Investment Committee and completed numerous software deals. Prior to that, he was Head of Strategy for Cable and Wireless, CEO of Radianz, and CFO and COO of Equant Networks. Radianz and Equant are now divisions of BT and Orange, respectively. Doug has a global operational, finance, sales, strategy and transactional background. He started his career as a CPA and M&A consultant before moving to technology and telecommunications.
Doug received his B.S. from the University of Richmond and his M.B.A from Emory University. He was a qualified CPA.
Kristin serves as an advisor and growth strategist to a number of cutting-edge marketing and analytics technology and services firms. She is the founder of two marketing analytics companies that she led to successful exits. Kristin co-founded OTX, an online research business that was named the fastest growing research firm in the world in 2002 and 2003 and was subsequently acquired by Zelnick Media & Pilot Group and again by Ipsos in 2007. She then founded Forefront Consulting Group, a research technology firm that was acquired by Decipher. Decipher was acquired by FocusVision in 2014 after seven consecutive years of double and triple-digit growth.
Kristin is a licensed investment banker with Oberon Securities and a founder focused on helping fellow founders and executive teams scale and monetize their businesses. Her deal expertise on both sides of transactions comes from participating in both acquisitions and exits from $30 million to $225 million. She is also passionate about supporting founders in international markets execute their entry into the U.S. Kristin also regularly contributes to both the commercial (Fast Company, Forbes) and academic press (Research World, Journal of Brand Strategy) where she explores emerging marketing and research methods. She is consistently ranked as one of the top 100 sales and branding experts to follow on Twitter.
Henning Hansen is a seasoned board director, CEO and Chairman of technology and market research companies such as Norstat, Defendable, Forsta, Volue, Wellit, GSGroup and Promon. In his spare time Henning is a keen sailor.
Uli Beckmann is a Partner of Zobito AB. He was part of the QlikTech management team from 2005 – 2011. After that he worked as a Business Consultant with focus on sales coaching, expert consulting and interim management in the software industry. In his early career, he served senior sales management roles for international software companies such as Hyperion, Brio and PTC. Uli holds a degree in Business Science.
Melissa Perri is the CEO of Produx Labs, a Product Management training organization, and the author of “Escaping the Build Trap.” In 2019, she was appointed to the faculty of Harvard Business School to teach Product Management in the MBA program.
Melissa believes the key to creating great products is growing great product leaders. Committed to that mission, she created two online schools: Product Institute, where she has shared her scientific approach to Product Management with over 3500 students, and The CPO Accelerator, which specializes in growing product leaders into Chief Product Officers.
As a board advisor and member, Melissa works with executives worldwide to set up their product organizations and create product strategies for growth. She is currently a board member of Forsta, the leading market research and customer insights platform. Previously, Melissa has consulted with executives from organizations around the world to set up their product organizations, advise on product strategy, and train leaders and team members.
