Connecting RBUP with the most in need

How our software helped Norway’s Regional Center for Child and Adolescent Mental Health (RBUP) be there for struggling youth.
The challenge
Making sure no one falls through the cracks
RBUP’s research program collects data and feedback to drive innovation for education programs and services across the child welfare system, district services and schools. Listening to the voice and concerns of Norway’s youth requires care and consideration.
RBUP needed a program that collected the real issues young people were facing with their mental health – and the services available to them. Forsta’s extensible platform was tailored to support this essential work.
“
Instead of consuming vast amounts of time and money developing a service innovation tool in a separate IT platform and using costly consultants, we’re integrating feedback systems for service innovation with the data collection system already used in our research projects— all within the single Forsta platform.

Our solution
A platform that works – even on a tight budget
We brought everything together on one platform: research, feedback tools, survey data and alerts. The survey tools are multilingual and our in-depth feedback system regularly checks performance to improve mental health caregiving. Even better? RBUP can now develop several programs at the same time in a low-cost agile manner.
On top of that, RBUP benefits from our battle-tested security and confidentiality services, giving participants peace of mind when sharing their experiences.
The results
Helping RBUP to focus on welfare work
With our software taking more of the load, RBUP can focus its time and energy on innovating for welfare organizations and youth in need. Since 2014, the organisation has put in place several programs and initiatives to support the mental health of children and teenagers.
