Letting clients dig down into the data
Comscore chose our multi-purpose dashboarding platform, which lets them export data and add insights into editable PowerPoints. Our cross tables and open-end answers tools mean the firm’s clients can easily dig down into demographics themselves, while the company’s own analysts can see clients’ word-for-word responses.
The results
Cutting delivery times for every brand
For the first time, Comscore and its clients could see the same data and dashboards, and work out together how to use it. And as for speeding things up? The firm was able to cut their delivery times by at least a week for each brand.
They can now move quickly from identifying when consumers have recognized an ad, to spotting changes in brand perceptions – helping their clients make decisions with confidence.​
